This patch will fix the dvar exploit which recently came to light:

- Fixed an exploit that allowed players to access certain console dvars during multi-player matches.

- Fixed a crash that could occur when a Chinatown Sabotage match would go into over-time.

Patch is very poor: only a couple of server filters, a server exploit fix, no kill cam fix (which caused problems you may remember, so they left it out), and a couple of new maps.

Hey guys contact me on live if you can help. If you got an HD camera and TV I can tell you how to record it on that...but PLEASE help because no one has come foreward yet with a capture card.....THANKS
